List Events

Polymarket API: GET /events. To get the newest events, use order='createdAt' with ascending=false. IMPORTANT: To find newly created events, always filter by event.createdAt, NOT by series.updatedAt. Series.updatedAt updates frequently when new events are added to a series, but this does NOT mean the event itself is new.
